I need to reset my password or update my account information.

Having trouble resetting passwords or adjusting account information? Here are some helpful tips.

Reset Your Password

  1. From Logged In
    1. Hover over your profile picture or icon (on desktop) or click your profile image (on mobile) in the top right of the website navigation bar. A dropdown menu should appear.
    2. Select "Edit Profile Info." This will take you to your profile. 
    3. Click on the small gear icon (⚙️) on the right, under your cover photo. Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
    4. You should see 4 options, one being "Change Password." Simply complete the steps on that tab and you're all set!
  2. From Logged Out: 
    1. When you go to login from any page of the website, click the "Forgot Password?" link underneath the Login button. 
    2. Enter your email on that page to get an email to reset your password. 
    3. Not receiving the password reset email? Make sure you have checked your spam or promotions folder and have also "whitelisted" the email address info@iamsecond.com (here are instructions for how to do that) and then try the reset password submission again. Update Your Account Info

  1. Make sure you are logged in to iamsecond.com. 
  2. Hover over your profile picture or icon (on desktop) or click your profile image (on mobile) in the top right of the website navigation bar. A dropdown menu should appear.
  3. Select "Edit Profile Info." This will take you to your profile. 
  4. Click on the small gear icon (⚙️) on the right, under your cover photo. Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu.
  5. You can edit your account information all from that page. If you are having trouble finding it, contact us.

Delete Your Account

  1. We're always sad to see people go, but we understand that sometimes, friends have to part ways. 😢 To delete your account, make sure you are logged in to iamsecond.com first.
  2. Just go to iamsecond.com/account/delete and follow the instructions. If you have trouble finding this option, contact us
