Help with your Store Order

“I have a question about my online order from the I Am Second Store. Who do I contact?”

Our current fulfillment partner is Splashbrands, and they will be able to help you track your order or answer any questions you may have about your order. There are three ways to access their online portal. 

  1. Contact information is included in your order confirmation email, so you can access their contact info from there. If you haven't received your order confirmation email, make sure to check your spam or promotions email folder just in case.
